Manual Easy Close All-Metal Angle Valve
VAT’s Series 541 All-Metal Angle Valve is an isolation valve for UHV and extreme UHV applications, e.g. for pump isolation on pumping systems, intermediate pumping of gauge ports, gas handling in tritium systems, industrial applications, R&D, labs, etc.
